4. Customer Support. To respond to your enquiries, complaints, and support requests through live chat, email, or other communication channels. Records of support interactions are retained for quality assurance and dispute resolution. This processing is in our legitimate interests and necessary for contract performance.
5. Responsible Gaming Compliance. To maintain and enforce responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, self-exclusion orders, and cooling-off periods — as required by PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. This processing is both a legal obligation and in the vital interests of players experiencing gaming-related harm.
6. Platform Security and Integrity. To monitor platform usage for technical anomalies, unauthorized access attempts, and security threats. This includes IP-based fraud detection, device fingerprinting, and abuse pattern analysis. This processing is in okbdt's legitimate interests to protect platform integrity.
7. Marketing Communications. To send you promotional offers, new game announcements, tournament notifications, and other marketing communications — but only where you have explicitly opted in to receive such communications. 8. Legal and Regulatory Compliance. To comply with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations, PAGCOR licensing requirements, NPC data protection obligations, court orders, and regulatory directives.
9. Platform Improvement and Analytics. To analyze aggregated, anonymized usage data for the purposes of improving platform features, game offerings, and the overall player experience. okbdt uses only aggregated or pseudonymized data for analytics — individual players are not profiled for platform improvement purposes.

okbdt does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Data is shared with third parties only in the following limited circumstances, and always subject to appropriate data processing agreements and confidentiality obligations.

1. Payment Processors. GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and cryptocurrency processing partners receive the minimum personal and financial data necessary to process your transactions. These processors are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable Philippine financial regulations.
2. Identity Verification Providers. Third-party KYC and identity verification services may process your ID documents and facial verification data on behalf of okbdt as data processors. These providers are bound by strict data processing agreements and may not use your data for any purpose beyond identity verification for okbdt.
3. Game Providers. Licensed game providers whose titles appear on the okbdt platform — such as Jili and Pragmatic Play — may receive anonymized session data necessary for game integrity monitoring. These providers do not receive personally identifiable information beyond what is technically required for game delivery.
4. Regulatory Authorities. 6. Professional Advisors. Legal counsel, auditors, and other professional advisors engaged by okbdt may access personal data to the extent necessary for the services they provide, subject to strict confidentiality obligations.
7. Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of okbdt's assets, player data may be transferred to the acquiring entity — subject to the same privacy protections set out in this policy. Players will be notified of any such transfer in advance.

okbdt implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. Our security framework includes the following controls.

1. Encryption. All data transmitted between your device and okbdt servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Personal data stored in okbdt databases is encrypted at rest using AES-256. Payment credentials and sensitive KYC documents are subject to additional encryption layers.
2. Access Controls. Access to personal data within okbdt is restricted to staff who require it to perform their job functions. All internal access is logged, access privileges are reviewed regularly, and privileged access requires multi-factor authentication.
3. Infrastructure Security. okbdt servers are hosted in SOC 2-compliant data centers with physical access controls, redundant power and connectivity, and 24/7 security monitoring. Production databases are not directly accessible from the public internet.

5. Incident Response. okbdt maintains a data breach response plan in accordance with NPC requirements. In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk of serious harm, okbdt will notify the NPC within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players as required by the DPA's Implementing Rules.
6. Staff Training. All okbdt staff who handle personal data receive regular training on data protection obligations, security best practices, and the requirements of the DPA.

okbdt retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, and in compliance with applicable Philippine legal and regulatory requirements. The following retention periods apply.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted from okbdt's systems or anonymized in a manner that prevents re-identification. Anonymized aggregate data may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes.

As a data subject under the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by okbdt. okbdt will respond to all data rights requests within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt. Where a request is complex or where okbdt receives a high volume of requests, the response period may be extended by a further fifteen (15) days — in which case you will be notified of the extension and the reason for it. okbdt will not charge a fee for handling data rights requests unless the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

okbdt services are strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. okbdt does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

1. Age Verification at Registration. All registering players are required to declare their date of birth at the point of registration. okbdt's KYC process includes mandatory age verification using a government-issued Philippine ID. Any account where the registered player is found to be under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended pending investigation and permanently closed upon confirmation.
2. Data Collected from Underage Players. Where okbdt discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, all such data will be deleted from our systems as promptly as technically practicable, except to the extent that retention is required for regulatory reporting or investigation purposes.

The okbdt platform integrates with third-party service providers — including payment gateways, game providers, and identity verification services — to deliver its full range of features. While okbdt takes care to partner only with reputable providers and requires them to maintain appropriate data protection standards, okbdt is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party providers once data has been transferred to them for processing.

1. Payment Gateways. When you make a deposit or withdrawal using GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or UnionBank, your transaction is processed by the respective payment gateway. Each payment provider operates under its own privacy policy and is subject to Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulations. okbdt recommends reviewing the privacy policies of your chosen payment provider.
2. Game Providers. Licensed game software providers whose titles appear on the okbdt platform may process certain technical session data as part of game delivery and integrity monitoring. 1. Material Changes. Where a proposed change to this Privacy Policy materially affects how your personal data is collected, used, or shared — or where it affects your rights as a data subject — okbdt will notify active registered players by email and/or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect.
2. Non-Material Changes. Minor clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, or reorganization of content that does not change the substance of this Privacy Policy may be made without advance notice, and will take effect upon publication.
