Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. These definitions apply throughout the entire agreement unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

To register and maintain an account on the okbdt platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. okbdt reserves the right to verify eligibility at registration and at any subsequent point during the account's active life.

1. Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. This requirement is set in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. okbdt employs age verification procedures during registration and as part of the KYC process.
2. Residency. The okbdt platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so at their own legal risk. okbdt makes no representation that its services are lawful in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
3. Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. If you are under legal guardianship or otherwise lack full contractual capacity, you are not eligible to use the okbdt platform.
4. Single Account. Each player is permitted to hold one (1) okbdt account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
5. Exclusion Status. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or third-party exclusion directive at the time of registration or at any time you access the platform. If you have previously self-excluded from okbdt, you must not attempt to re-register until your exclusion period has formally ended and been lifted by okbdt.
6. Non-Employee Restriction. Current employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of okbdt are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.

When you register an okbdt account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

1. Accurate Information. You must provide your real legal name, valid date of birth, current Philippine address, a working mobile number, and a valid email address during registration. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Account Security. You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account credentials confidential. okbdt will never ask you for your full password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify okbdt support immediately at [email protected].
3. One Account Per Person. Each natural person may only hold one active okbdt account. This restriction applies per individual — not per device, IP address, or household. If two players in the same household wish to maintain accounts, they must contact okbdt support to have both accounts individually verified and approved.
4. KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal request, okbdt requires players to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or Voter's ID), proof of address, and — where applicable — proof of the payment method used for deposits. okbdt reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
5. Account Currency. All account balances are held in Philippine Peso (PHP) for players using local payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit. okbdt's displayed exchange rates are final for conversion purposes.
6. Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. okbdt reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified prior to any fee being applied. Dormant accounts with zero balance may be closed.

okbdt supports a range of payment methods suited to Filipino players. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following terms.

1. Accepted Payment Methods. okbdt currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), and Bitcoin. Payment methods available may change from time to time at okbdt's discretion.
2. Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your okbdt wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) may take up to one (1) banking business day. Crypto deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations have been reached.
3. Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier section of your okbdt account. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier. okbdt reserves the right to modify transaction limits with reasonable prior notice.
4. Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Once KYC is approved, GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one to two hours. Bank transfers may take one to three banking business days. Crypto withdrawals are processed within two to four hours during business hours.
5. Same-Method Policy. For anti-money laundering compliance purposes, okbdt will, where possible, return funds to the same payment method used for the original deposit before processing withdrawals to alternative methods. This is a regulatory requirement and not a discretionary policy.
6. No Chargeback Policy. Once funds have been deposited into your okbdt account and used for gaming, chargebacks via your bank or e-wallet provider are not permitted. Any chargeback filed against okbdt will result in immediate account suspension and recovery action for the full amount, including any winnings generated using the disputed funds.
7. Transaction Fees. okbdt does not charge players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. Crypto network fees (gas fees) for blockchain transactions are the player's responsibility.
8. Currency Conversion. All PHP transactions are processed without currency conversion. USDT and Bitcoin deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing market rate determined by okbdt at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. Exchange rates applied are final and non-negotiable.

okbdt offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion in addition to the general bonus terms below. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

1. Wagering Requirements. Most okbdt bonuses carry wagering requirements — a minimum amount that must be wagered using the bonus funds before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, applicable games, and contribution rates are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Failing to meet wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal will result in bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings being removed from the account.
2. Bonus Expiry. All bonus funds and free spins have an expiry date stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds not used and wagering requirements not completed within the stated time period will be automatically removed from the player's account without compensation.
3. One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. okbdt reserves the right to withhold bonuses and winnings where evidence of duplicate claims is found.
4. Bonus Abuse. okbdt actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, exploiting promotional errors, using wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements (such as placing opposing bets across accounts), or using automated software to play bonus funds. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will be closed and all bonus-derived balances forfeited.
5. Maximum Bonus Withdrawal. Some okbdt promotions cap the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus winnings. This limit, where applicable, is stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms. okbdt is not obligated to pay bonus-derived winnings in excess of any stated cap.
6. Promotional Errors. In the event that a promotion is incorrectly published due to a technical error or human oversight (e.g., an incorrect bonus percentage or cashback amount), okbdt reserves the right to correct the error and adjust or withdraw the promotion with reasonable notice. Players who have already claimed an erroneously published promotion will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

The following rules apply to all gaming activity on the okbdt platform, including slots, live casino, bingo, fishing games, Golden Bank titles, and the sports betting sportsbook.

1. Game Integrity. All okbdt casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and not subject to manipulation by okbdt or any third party. RNG certification is maintained in compliance with applicable gaming standards.
2. Bet Finality. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the okbdt system, it cannot be altered, cancelled, or reversed by the player. Technical issues on the player's end — including poor internet connectivity, device failure, or browser crashes — do not constitute grounds for bet reversal.
3. Sports Betting Rules. All sports betting markets on the okbdt sportsbook are governed by the specific rules published for each sport and market type in the sportsbook section. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the rules applicable at the time the bet was placed shall govern. Results are settled based on official sources as determined by okbdt.
4. Void Bets. A bet may be declared void where: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the event is settled in error; a technical malfunction affected the validity of the bet; or market rules stipulate voiding conditions that have been met. Void bets are refunded in full to the player's wallet.
5. Obvious Errors. If a game or bet is settled at obviously incorrect odds — due to a human, technical, or pricing error — okbdt reserves the right to void the affected bets and re-settle at the correct odds. "Palpable error" settlements apply regardless of whether the error was noticed before or after the event outcome.
6. Maximum Winnings. okbdt may apply maximum payout limits per single game round or per sporting event. Where such limits exist, they are displayed in the relevant game or market. Winnings exceeding the maximum payout cap will be reduced to the applicable limit without further negotiation.
7. Disconnections. Where a player is disconnected mid-game round or mid-spin due to a network issue, the game server will continue to process the round. The outcome will be recorded and the player's wallet updated accordingly upon reconnection. okbdt is not liable for losses incurred due to player-side connectivity issues.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okbdt platform. okbdt maintains active monitoring for violations and reserves the right to take immediate enforcement action, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation. Providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your identity or location for any purpose.
• Multi-Accounting. Creating or operating more than one okbdt account, whether under your own identity or a fictitious one, for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason.
• Collusion. Coordinating with other players — in live casino, poker, or sports betting — to gain an unfair advantage over okbdt or other players through information sharing, chip dumping, or any other coordinated strategy.
• Match Fixing and Corruption. Placing bets on events in which you have insider knowledge of a predetermined outcome, or participating in any scheme to influence the outcome of a sporting event for betting purposes. This is a criminal offense under Philippine law.
• Money Laundering. Using the okbdt platform to deposit, layer, or extract proceeds of unlawful activity, or using the platform as a financial vehicle for any purpose unrelated to genuine gaming entertainment.
• Prohibited Software. Using bots, automated betting scripts, game hacks, exploits, data scraping tools, or any software that gives an unfair advantage over other players or manipulates the normal operation of the okbdt platform.
• Harassment and Abuse. Harassing, threatening, or abusing okbdt staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel — including live chat, email, or social media directed at okbdt.
• Unauthorized Access. Attempting to access the okbdt backend, databases, server infrastructure, or another player's account without authorization. This constitutes a criminal offense under the Philippines' Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10175).

All content on the okbdt platform — including the site design, brand identity, logos, graphics, game interfaces, written content, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of okbdt or its licensed game providers, and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

1. Limited License. okbdt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the okbdt platform.
2. Third-Party Game Content. Games available on the okbdt platform from providers such as Jili, Pragmatic Play, and others remain the intellectual property of their respective developers. okbdt licenses these games for use on the platform and does not claim ownership over third-party game content.
3. Feedback and Suggestions. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to okbdt regarding the platform become the property of okbdt and may be used without any obligation to compensate you or attribute the suggestion to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okbdt's liability to any player is limited as follows.

1. Platform Availability. okbdt does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues, third-party service disruptions, and factors outside okbdt's control — including Philippine telco network conditions — may result in temporary unavailability. okbdt is not liable for losses incurred due to platform downtime.
2. Accuracy of Information. While okbdt endeavors to ensure that all information published on the platform — including odds, game descriptions, and promotional terms — is accurate, errors may occur. okbdt reserves the right to correct errors without liability for any player decisions made based on incorrect information.
3. Third-Party Services. The okbdt platform integrates third-party services including payment processors, game providers, and data feeds. okbdt is not liable for any failures, delays, errors, or losses arising from the conduct of third-party service providers. Any disputes regarding payment processing should be directed to okbdt support in the first instance.
4. Maximum Liability Cap. In no event shall okbdt's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, excluding any bonus funds. This cap applies to all causes of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
5. Consequential Losses. okbdt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if okbdt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Force Majeure. okbdt shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, power outages, internet infrastructure failures, civil unrest, or pandemics.

okbdt collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the okbdt Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

1. Data Collected. okbdt collects personal information provided during registration (name, date of birth, address, contact details), financial information for transaction processing and KYC compliance, gameplay data, device and browser information, and communications you send to okbdt support.
2. Data Use. Your personal data is used to operate and improve the okbdt platform, process transactions, verify identity, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud and money laundering, and — with your consent — send you promotional communications. okbdt does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. Data Retention. okbdt retains player data for as long as your account is active and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine AML law. After the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
4. Your Rights. Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to access, correct, and — in certain circumstances — request deletion of your personal data held by okbdt. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. okbdt will respond to all data requests within the timeframes required by Philippine law.

okbdt is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gaming is intended as entertainment. If it stops being enjoyable, or if you find yourself spending more time or money than you intended, okbdt urges you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings.

1. Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately and cannot be increased within the cooling-off period specified at the time of setting. Limit decreases take effect immediately.
2. Session Time Limits. Players may configure session duration alerts and automatic logouts after a defined period of continuous play. These tools help maintain awareness of time spent on the platform.
3. Reality Checks. okbdt provides pop-up reality check notifications at configurable intervals during active play sessions, displaying time elapsed and net session result to help players make informed decisions about continuing play.
4. Cooling-Off Periods. Players who need a short break from gaming may apply a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the player cannot log in, place bets, or access their wallet for gaming purposes. Pending withdrawal requests are not affected.
5. Self-Exclusion. Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request self-exclusion from the okbdt platform for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of confirmation. Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new accounts; doing so is a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
6. 21+ Age Policy. okbdt strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement mandated by PAGCOR for online gaming in the Philippines. Age verification checks are conducted at registration and during KYC. Any account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds withheld pending investigation.

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions.

1. Termination by Player. You may close your okbdt account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification being complete.
2. Suspension by okbdt. okbdt reserves the right to suspend your account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable suspicion of: a breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent activity; AML-related concerns; ongoing investigation by a regulatory or law enforcement authority; or any other circumstance where suspension is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or comply with legal obligations.
3. Termination by okbdt. Following investigation of a suspended account, okbdt may permanently close the account if violations of these Terms & Conditions are confirmed. In such cases, okbdt reserves the right to forfeit the entire wallet balance — including both deposited funds and winnings — where the violation involved fraud, money laundering, multi-accounting, or other serious misconduct.
4. Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, your license to use the okbdt platform is immediately revoked. You must cease all use of the platform. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property, liability limitations, and governing law — shall remain in full force and effect.
5. Regulatory Reporting. Where account termination arises from suspected criminal activity, okbdt is obligated to report the matter to PAGCOR and, where required, to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and other Philippine authorities. okbdt will cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

1. Internal Complaints Process. Before pursuing any external dispute resolution, players must first submit a formal complaint to okbdt by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint." okbdt will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a full written response within fourteen (14) business days. Players are encouraged to provide all relevant transaction IDs, game round IDs, dates, and supporting evidence with their complaint.
2. PAGCOR Escalation. If a player is not satisfied with okbdt's response to a formal complaint, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority for online gaming in the Philippines. PAGCOR's complaint process and contact details are available on the official PAGCOR website.
3. Jurisdiction. Subject to the internal complaints process above, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the complaints process or PAGCOR escalation.
4. Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

okbdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page and, where the changes are material, okbdt will notify active players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

1. Notification of Changes. For material changes — such as changes to payment terms, account termination procedures, or eligibility requirements — okbdt will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice before the new terms take effect. Non-material changes (such as clarifications of existing terms) may take effect immediately upon publication.
2. Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the okbdt platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the amendment's effective date.
3. Version History. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Players are encouraged to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes.
